Winter Break

Winter break starts today and lasts five weeks. I’m ready to re-commit to healthy living and transform myself in this month and a half!

Goals for the next five weeks:

1. Get back on track.

2. Do SOME KIND of workout daily.

3. Drink water daily.

4. Eat clean foods to fuel my body, not for pleasure!

5. Feel as tough, strong and fit as I did at the beginning of the semester.

5. Feel tougher, stronger and more fit than I did at the beginning of the semester. :))

6. Be as attractive as my boyfriend makes me feel.

Here we go. Its out in the open so I can’t fail now. I’m ready. I got this!
